FF11 is NOT like the FF's you've come to love. It's a very different ball game. It's very much in the vein of traditional MMOG's, in that you have to spend a LOT of time level-grinding before you get to the good stuff. Of course the far-east kids eat this stuff up, but whether or not you'll like it remains to be seen.
WoW I've never played, so I'll skip past it. But I will say that I've heard from a lot of people that it's fantastic and very fun.
GW I've played extensively. First off, this is NOT an MMORPG. Not by a long shot. I'd call it a third-person action strategy. Imagine your common-or-garden Multiplayer game. Towns/Outposts are game channels where you choose the players. Maps are the servers playing the game. I don't even classify GW under the bracket of a MMOG, since you're limited to eight people per map (disincluding GvG or Tombs etc.). If you want to spend time building a character over time, getting better equipment and what not, then don't bother with GW. If however you want easily the most balanced and tactical MMOG out there, then try it out.
