First, assuming it was a power and not a machine, I would dress up like a clown and appear before Bush. I would then teleport rappidly around him before his eyes claiming ot be a messanger of God, convincing him to burn people like Jerry Fowel and Rick Santorum at the stake. I would then convince him to do series of many other weird things that will get him impeached, get rid of idiots I don't like, and amuse me greatly.

On a Deserted Island somewhere In the South Pacific.
I'd probably go with teleporting to my girlfriend's place, even if it is only a couple of hours away. Can I take her to the places with me? That would be neat. But yeah, anyway, I'd do an EoFF World Tour, meeting all the people I've known at EoFF. But if everyone could do it then I'd have to stay at my place and defend all my stuff in case thieves try to teleport into my flat and rob me.
If Award Guy could teleport like that, all of your sisters would be having a very good time right now.

I'd wait for a clear day and then teleport myself on top of the cooling tower at the sarcophagus at ChAES. I'd take in the view, take a few photographs, then get the hell out of there.
