also, brevity is an important aspect of humor. that one you linked to is way too long and also less funny in general.

I agree with every word of this post! Not everyone sees something the minute it is discovered.

And yeah, I liked the version in this thread better, it seemed less like a history lesson told in "noob" talk and more like a starcraft parody (which is funny to me because I used to play that game.)
