    I'm new but not a noob

    New= a person who stumbles on a forum and desides to stick around a while, Prerequisite: basic netiquite and some degree of the English language (or main language of the forum if it is a non-English forum) Will develop: disscussion skills and deeper interest in forum as well as meet friendly people (at least I hope you're all friendly! lol)

    noob= a person who plagues a forum with leet speak and unimaginitve disscussion. usually an immature pre-teen who has no idea of the real world (the previous statement is not meant to offend any intellegent and mature person who is thirteen or younger.) Prerequisite: existance. Will develop: (hopefully) English skills.

    now that was actually ment in fun guys! lol ok... I can understand if it isn't funny.

    My name is Steve and I am relatively new to Final Fantasy. Today, I beat FFVII...

    For the first time.... go ahead and kill me. lol

    I know I am a sad creature but wait... it gets worse.

    FFVII isn't the first time I've played a Final Fantasy game.

    .....

    I even owned FFX-2 prior to obtaining and beating FFVII.

    I'm going to shut up now :rolleyes2

    I agree with your definition of "new" and "noob" and fell that you definetly fall into the former category. Welcome, and enjoy the forum (which is, if I may say, one of the better forums out there).
