Vandread has some good love stuff in it if that's your market. Sorta. Crappy action, and it's not the best, but something about the characters keeps me coming back for more.
If you want a good anime go watch Paranoia Agent. Mmm Paranoia Agent. No hentai though, so I'm not sure this relates to the topic whatsoever.
