    MC Frontalot.

    Trance, as a genre.

I've been kind of limited in my music lately, overall.

Fall out boy has never sounded Emo to me. Not even a little.
Thats what I thought. I was expecting something heavy like Chemical Romance, but most of FOB tracks are upbeaty and cool.

I also have been trying to expand my musical tastes. Lately I've started listening to:

    Godspeed You! Black Emperor
    Moonsorrow
    Explosions In The Sky
    Shadow Gallery
    Eyvind Kang
    A Perfect Circle

I'm really digging a mostly instrumental band by the name of Callisto.

O yeah, I forgot about Killswitch Engage. I'm really starting to get into the screaming type stuff (Atreyu, Killswitch Engage, etc..). I used to not be able to stand those type of bands at all, but I'm now starting to look past just the vocals and starting to listen more to the music. Vocals are still a big thing for me, but not as much as they used to be.

Lacuna Coil. I been meaning to listen to them for awhile, and I finally got around to listening to all of thier stuff. I normally don't like Metal stuff all that much, but they pull it off in a cool way.

Incubus. I mean, I've been listening to them a while now, but lately it's a lot more than usual.

Dangit! I forgot about Lacuna Coil to. I really like the lead singer's voice, much better than Amy Lee's imo. Can't wait to see this band along with all the other great ones at Ozzfest in july. Probably going to be one of the best concerts I have ever gone to, next to the Audioslave concert I went to last year.

They are Emo. But Dance, Dance is a pretty good track.

Anyway, new bands, new bands... Freezepop and The Red Army Choir would be the newest I've found. Going back a little further, gregoRy and the hawK, The Fall Of Troy, and Panic! At The Disco.
Fall Out Boy don't call themselves emo. So unless you know something about their genre they don't, I don't think they are. They call themselves Pop Punk.
