Was this done with chalk, scratchboard, coloured pencils, paint, or something else I missed? Whatever the medium was, it definately made the picture that much more interesting, I will tell you that much.

Used a white pencil, black poster, bad photo work, and some lighting effects on gimp. Nothing compared to something my sister could do.
