It's hard coming up with names when nominating people and so people just put down the most visible names at the moment. If someone is active for the past few months but isn't active the week of, or week before the Ciddies, they probably won't get nominated as much. I'm sure there's plenty of people who just scroll through the who's online to see who they should nominate.

That's why a lot of times, the most visible members keep winning since they're the first names that come to mind.

There are often a lot of people who don't find Ciddies anything special. Some get more into it after voting, some get more into it during the revelations thread. Sadly I can't think of too many new things I could do this time around... but I'll try to cook something up. I was thinking of doing a large voicechat at the same time as the Ciddies revelation thread so people could find out who wins what as I post it, but we'll have to wait and see.

Of course, BoB would never go for it. He's absolutely devoted to tradition, bless him.

Actually, he was the one to suggest it in the first place!

People are very welcome to PM myself with ideas, but if you want to post any ideas for public debate then I would politely ask you wait until after the Ciddies as I'd rather not have people suggesting changes to the Ciddies in the middle of me doing them, as it makes me a sad puppy.
