I have the exact phobia... erm, well... the first one you listed only. Spiders... ugh, so horrible in my opinion.

My phobia is spiders.....i can't stand them if one is near me ill scream and run away. I also dont really like heights that much...but they're not too bad......

I have a phobia of moths and butterflies, and of the sun exploding (tad odd but that's me all over). I get vertigo but I don't have a fear of heights per say.

I am absolutely terrified that one day I'll be buried alive. And I have a totally stupid fear that one day my computer will electrocute me. Also, spiders scare the faeces out of me.
