Help finding chocobo lure.
Hi I'm at the very end of the game and trying to make my characters as strong as possible. I've already beaten it many times and I am just collecting things like sources,final limit breaks,and etc. So now I am trying to get KOTR,quadra magic,mime,and HP <-> MP by getting the gold chocobo. Unfortunately I can't find the chocobo lure. I can't buy it,find it in the corner of the stable, or anywhere else. So if anyone could help me it would be a great help.Thanks
I'm pretty sure you can buy it for 3000 from Chocobo Billy? Am I right or what?

If you missed the chance to buy the Lure from Choco Billy (2,000 gil) on disc 1, you can find it on the right hand side in front of the outside pen, close to where you stood to get Choco/Mog.

Though I wish you should have gotten it early in the game. You'll have the entire game to have two mastered Chocobo Lures. Capturing a Wonderful Chocobo even only with a single mastered Chocobo Lure is still a pain in the ass.
Talk is cheap because supply exceeds demand.
If you go to the right places you can easily find wonderful chocabos.
