The first is the perfect ending, the 2nd is the good ending

The one you get with 100%, which the game designers call "Perfect ending" is #1, the one in Zanarkand. The second one is much better IMHO but it is called only "Good Ending" and you get with 92% or more

Yes, the first video is the Perfect Ending, and the second video is the Good Ending. However, you won't need 92% or more to get the Good Ending, you just need to do a couple of things, like (SPOILER)talking to Maechen in Leblanc's mansion during Chapter 3, whistle until Tidus guides you out of the Farplane at the end of Chapter 3, then whistle again after beating Shuyin in Chapter 5, and answer "Yes" to the Dream Child's question. I got the Good Ending during my first time through the game, and I think I had something like 74% completed.

I actually prefer the Good Ending to the Perfect Ending. The Perfect Ending does have some emotional parts, but it's just an extra scene made with the game engine. The Good Ending is an FMV. It also feels somewhat awkward how both Good Ending and Perfect Ending play after the ending credits. Two scenes after the credits is a bit too much, IMHO.
