My vote goes to Liberi Fatali and Suteki Da Ne. Aside from those, the only other song I even like in that poll is OWA (and parts of Melodies of Life, but not the whole thing).
No To Zanarkand? That is MY favorite. I can play the whole piano version, I even sometimes find myself humming it.

If by Liberi Fatali you mean the song that plays during the opening sequence of FFVIII, then that would be it. One-Winged-Angel is a close second.
Well its not on the poll but To Zanarkand is my favourite FF song of all time, its from FFX.
But from the choices, I chose One Winged Angel
Eyes on Me (FFVIII) and 1000 Words (FFX-2)
Sephiroth's theme song. I thought it was quite funny. Other than that I liked Otherworld (not while fighting Jecht, though, just the opening)

I must say I prefer that to all the others. Its like an Orchestral piece. A song full of different moods.
