I think their one of the best bands around at the mo.

Snow Patrol fall neatly into the "meh" category of music for me. I wouldn't buy their albums or anything, but it's not the sort of thing that would put me off immediately if I heard it on the radio.

I like Snow Patrol and I listen to the first CD quite often at work. <i>Run</i> is my fav song from it. I didn't realize that they had a new CD out. I'll have to buy it.

Final Straw wasn't actually their first album; there were two before that, Songs for Polarbears and When It's All Over We Still Have to Clear Up, in 1998 and 2001.
Run is my favourite song from them.
They're not bad. Everyone goes on about Run, but that one doesn't appeal to me in any major way. I much prefer How To Be Dead. Haven't heard much else, though.
