Gah. I want the Czech Rep. and Ghana to go through -- Ghana are 2 - 1 up, which pleases me greatly. (I haven't been watching the game!) It was pretty dumb of Jan Polak to get himself red-carded though, and now the Cz. Rep. are at a huge disadvantage for the second half. No man is an island, 'tis said, but looking at Milan Baros submerged in a sea of Italian defenders, I think otherwise. Maybe a formation change?

Czech R. are trying really hard but any time they get forward italy have about three players just shutting one player down. Not that Italy are setting the world alight of course. Although, Inzaghi has JUST finally scored as I type this. He's looked sharp going forward but he botched those two chances before. He REALLY should have scored that header.
