The ref gave all those cards even if they were not all warranted under normal play because this game was anything but normal. After it escalated the ref had no choice but to card players for the smallest things.

Deco was wasn't giving the ball back when the Cocu tried to get the ball, meaning he was deliberately wasting time and we all know its has been heavily stated enough by FIFA that a player time wasting should be cautioned. It was obvious Deco was doing that, so it means he got a 2nd yellow card and sent off, which he should of been earlier before that in the 2nd half.

Pauleta can only score with the field completely open and stil he only as 50% of scoring.

Why DID Deco pick the ball up? I was a bit surprised when he gave the yellow to Deco, I thought Cocu would've gotten it for decking Deco. Decking Deco. Deco was decked!

What a fiasco of a game. It sort of descended into...well, I don't know. It was kind of funny xDD England are very lucky. Playing a Portugese team without Deco, Costinha and possibly Cristiano Ronaldo? Very lucky. And Holland's 20-something shots on goal to Portugal's 10! How immensely lucky are Portugal, to get through? xD
