With certain names, I see no problem with naming people after video game characters (or any fictional character, for that matter). I start drawing the line when we get to names like Kadaj and Ultimecia.

Rinoa is a decent enough name and unless someone is into video games, specifically FF, no one is going to even know that she was named after an FF character.
