I'm still wanting to reach 100 user-notes myself, but unfortunately for me people seem somewhat reluctant to post in them. I do however have the creme-de-la-creme already posted in there, so it's all good. By my count, status-wise, I have 45,367 user notes, including interest.

User notes is the place relieve stress.
If you're looking to clear space, I'd recommend removing the FFX-2 forum. I think you'll find that getting rid of that place would have far better consequences for the social order of Eyes on Final Fantasy than deleting user notes. You'd probably lose a lot less relevant information, too.
