foot cramps

I've been getting them while sleeping. That's one of the worst things to wake up to...

I only get them in my upper back calf and upper front thigh, normally when I sleep at night. I have woken up sometimes and just started punching the muscle, it hurt so bad. Never got one in my feets, though.
