    Sephiroth. I thought it enjoyably evil that he waited to kill aeris right in front of him, and just kills who ever gets in his way. He also just looks cool and has a kick ass sword that he impales his helpless enemies with

    Grahf. Aside from the fact that (SPOILER)he's you, he's got that whole "no matter what you do I still win" thing going on.

    And then there's the fact that he can take down a 16-meter tall gear with his bare hands. Very cool.

    Kefka. He kills without mercy or regard. He'd kill anyone, friend or foe, for any reason at all. Not only that, he's one of the few villains who actually succeeds at his goal. Halfway through the game, he wins.
