For a while I changed it like every three days.And now it's rarer. This one will stay for a long time.
I haven't changed my avatar in years (other than when it was changed briefly to an oversized Harry/Cho icon) and I change my sig once or twice a year. I don't like change.
Probably once every one or two weeks.
I usually change about once or twice a year if an idea crosses my mind.
I change mine about every month, but i often change bak to my old signatures and avatars, anyone remeber the "You are Sora sig?"
I don't change as often as I used to, but still every three or four months. I think the current pattern is three avatars to one name change.

Rarely. I think I've had this sig for... 2-4 months now.. Totally not sure how long. And avatar has almost always been the same.
It used to be like, every week, but now I've settled for about every 2 or 3 weeks.
It depends if Im in a Photoshop mood or not, though its usually a week.
