Time spent playing games

oh god! 23 straight hours playing Ultima Online, trying to get to grandmaster level on my blacksmith. Stupid, just plain stupid

Err, sometimes when I re-play through an RPG, I spend nearly the whole day playing it. If it's a new game, I'll try and pace myself.

Other than that, I have spent full days on FFXI, every now and then.

But usually, 4 hours at the latest.

I once spent 9 hours and 47 minutes playing FFVII straight. Only ever put the controller down long enough for bathroom breaks. Then there was a summer where I spent god knows how long playing Starcraft online most days. It wouldn't have come near the almost 10 hour mark though. Might have been in he 6-7 hour range some days, probably much less most days.

I assume you're asking for the longest single stretch you've spent playing a single game?

Mine is pobably in the region of 8 hours, on various games; WoW, Xenogears, and X-Com are the ones which come to mind. X-Com is probably longer than that, actually, maybe up at about 11 hours.

Counting the time at work, (which isn't technically 'playing' a game, but whatever), probably about 14 hours with an hour or so break in the middle. I believe the game was either Chicken Little or Narnia.

For just pure enjoyment, probably around 8 or 9 hours would be my longest.

It's either Chrono Cross or Guild Wars, each around 7 hours or so.

Anyway, I spent about 5 hours playing Advance Wars DS when I first got it.

11 hours every day, and I get paid to do it as well.

I've never played a game constantly for more than 4-5 hours i'll always take a break. If I really like a game i'll be back on it after a couple of hours.

Well when I first got FFX, at the weekend I played it from 11AM to 7:30AM the next day so thats 16 hours 30mins I think.

And I played Kingdom Hearts I from 7PM to 6:30AM the next day

I played FFII from 6.30pm Friday night till 8-9am Saturday morning. I had a headache all yesterday from it.
