The games are read-only (meaning it is physically impossible for a piece of software to change it), so is your PS2 BIOS. Modchips change your BIOS though, but to install those you need to open up your PS2 and solder a few wires onto the mainboard. An Action Replay is just a CD/DVD and a device you insert into your memory card slot. It could mess up your memory card if you're really unlucky though, just disconnect them while you mess around and you're safe.

It's a "memory card." Notice the quotes. While it fits into the memory card slot, that's what actually makes the AR work, as indicated by the picutre.

Videotaping anything wouldn't help you, unless your PC has a VCR :p
And yeah, the Memory Card slot can be used for much more than just saving and loading games.

It's news to me that you can use it to record video from games. I've always assumed the consoles were plugged into PCs with video capture cards.

Either one of those two options should work. I don't know how else to help you from there.

AR, as far as I know (I've never used one) will not record any type of data onto your computer. You'll need something that will hook your ps2 into your computer and probably some software too. All together, this whole set up would be very expensive, so I think that SuperMillionare will be hard-pressed to find someone around here with an AR, a game recording system, enough knowledge of AR, and enough time to fiddle with it to help you out... that is unless you really are a Super Millionare.

You shouldn't use the term video-taping, because that implies the use of an actual analogue VHS video-tape, and there aren't any VHS drives for PCs, so you'd have no way of getting it transferred to your PC, which you would need to do in order to put it online.
What you need, is a video capture card to put in your PC, those cards cost about $50. Then you connect your PS2 directly to the PC. The yellow connector should go to your video capture card, and the white and red audio connectors would need a minijack (those plugs microphones and headphones use) adapter (these are relatively cheap, like $5 or something), so that you could plug them into your PCs microphone connector. Then you would need a program that can record the video and audio, and then save it in a digital format.
