My Cid cant learn Highwind limit break, even though Ive got all his other limits learned. When I use highwind item, he doesnt accept it. However, Cloud could learn Omnislash, when I got it. Anyone encountered a similar bug, or know how to solve it?

Yes, it's an annoying glitch. Solution? Start a new game or try to shark the Limit onto Cid.
heh you have my pitey... Highwind is my second fave limit break
it'd right up there with omnislash and ungarmax. unfortunately, there's not much u can do. it mite be fun to start a new game anyway, and hope it doesn't happen again. i've never had a glitch on any of my games. do they just happen randomly?
Why do you imprison your saviour?
if its a problem with your game maybe you could try and borrow another game off of a friend?

You sure you have all the other 6 limits? If so, then it must be a glitch.
never happened to me, but then again, my training didn't allow me to get all of his limits (the second ones. the opponents did so little damage i almost never got a limit break) so i can't say
