But seriously, rather than the finished product, I used to want to be an architect for the plans. I loved doing that sort of thing... the blueprints of a house or building always interested me a lot. I was going to be an architect up to the age of 16, when I no longer took Graphics & Design (despite doing incredibly well in my exams for it the previous three years) as I didn't like having to follow a set process that my school wanted me to do. From that point on I wanted to work in the computer industry.
Anyway, as for nice looking buildings, I like the Auckland Skytower and have always loved medieval castles, too. The ruins of them in particular, but that's probably not really what you'd call architecture.These and these are good examples of that sort of stuff I'm into, though.
