My only real problem with the system is that there is no real way to gain JP without gaining Exp as well. My time with FFTA taught me to access all the jobs as soon as possible, so that I can then focus on growing my character how I want stat-wise seperately. As it is, training abilities in FFT means that I gain levels too, and not necessarily in jobs that have good stat growth. It's making me have to rethink my strategies somewhat.

Although, if it is true that I can reduce my levels with certain abilities/traps, I could fix that problem too (unfortunately, FFTA doesn't have that ability).
