DVD ripping

Ok... I've ripped the VOB file to my hard drive but it won't play... and I can't find a way to convert it... any sugesstions?

you can convert the DVD video files to AVI using a decoding tool like DGMPGDec or Xmpeg.

Both should be available at the doom9 site.
