Boss battle Smosch Battle, just kill the stupid boss with a lvl 65 Cloud and a lvl 60 Red XIII (note: both red and cloud must have their lvl 2 LB. Then go down stairs and there will be a door on the side right before the door that takes u to the library. You'll find Vincent there, talk to him, leave him, he'll come after u to join.
