Is there a way to change the language to Japanese for my custom user title?

Well... theoreitically, it's all i just setting your computer to Japanese mode and typing into your coustom title... let me check something....
私はアメリカ人です。日本人でわない。
Well if that works there should be two sentances of Japanese.
It involves going to the regional and language setup in the control panel and setting up the Japanese language system... give me a few minutes or so and I'll put up a guide.
