There are a number of things to check:
- Make sure if you are sharing the line with standard phones that all the filters are installed correctly on all standard phone lines
- Try replacing the phone cable to the modem
- Try cycling the power on the modem hardware
Other than that, it would probably be the best to call your service provider if the problems still persist and they will be able to help you further resolve the problem. They may just be having network problems.![]()
