    My cousin who is turning 12 soon is already like that. Hyper isnt the word, she is downright crazy! I envy her energy; football, swimming, rounders and the Olympics has influenced her to look into gymnastics!?

    I'll be 13 in a few weeks and I dont act like that. I do have lots of energy and I am crazy, I dont have hyperness Only when im excited.

    Actually it's developing faster during the very early years of life. Along with the hormones, it's the lack of development of the pre-frontal cortex (which doesn't develop until your early to mid-twenties) that's to blame.
