Why does Cloud become so strong, all of a sudden?
I just started a new FF7 file today, and it beats me why Cloud always becomes so strong during the battle with Air Buster.
I mean, he usually damages by about 90-120 DMG, but during the fight with Air Buster he's suddenly 200% stronger.
Why?
Is Air Buster's defense really so poor? :rolleyes2

when Cloud hits him from behind, it does double damage.

Its only starting up, which means its not world class- but hey whats the harm in having a look. (or registering!) The only way its gonna get better is if more people join up.

Yes, in the game in gerenal, if any character gets a back attack on any enemy it does double damage. Several of the games in the FF series feature this game mechanic.Originally Posted by blue phoenix

no, if hes facing Tifa and baaret, his back is turned to Cloud.
Cloud will only do double damage if Air Buster is facing the others. Vice versa for Tifa and barret
