The one and only Final Fantasy Trilogy on Newgrounds. And basically, using flash they made the sprites move around together. in what looked like very dirty positions.

I think it should be Locke/Celes and Terra/Edgar, But strangely enough.
If Rachel was alive I'd go for Locke/Rachel, only because Celes seems like she'd be clingy and Rachel seemed to be more innocent and Locke was the adventurer, Celes seems like she'd go on adventure's with Locke but then someone grabs her and she'd be all "OMG-LOCKE-I-NEED-SAVING-BECAUSE-I-JUST-LOST-MY-ADVETURER-SKILLZ!!!!!!1!1ONE!!1!" so it'd almost seem clashing, Rachel just shouldn't have gone on the adventure's and just awaited Locke to come back. Celes' couldn't handle that.
I think Terra and Edgar are just cute 'cause they're awkward, and there's nothing wrong with awkward relationships that tend to not go very far because the awkward-ness. o o;;;

Most successful relationships/marriages have one of the people involved as being three or four years older than the other. This is attributed to males developing maturity slower than females, or because females develop sexually slightly later than males (their peak ages for virility is 22, whilst males have a peak of 18).
Three years older is NOTHING. There are Terra/Shadow fans around here and i'm thinking "WTF? He must be in his mid-late thirties, and she's 18...scaaaaary."
Unless you mean around the time of the events of the game. Because that is slightly....hm, well the idea of a year 8-9 going out with a year 5 seems a bit wrong to me.
But once they are older, three years would be nothing.
Anyway, I think:
Terra/Maaaybe Setzer. Not Edgar. Edgar would cheat on her. A lot.

Sabin/Random Tifa-esque person

Locke rescued Celes and told her that he was going to protect her. I think there is evidence that Edgar and Terra like each other but I don't remember what it was.

It was Edgar flirting with Terra when they first meet, and she says to herself afterwards "Any normal girl would have found him charming..."
