How do you put the thing over someone's quote that says who wrote it?
If you click on the "quote" icon and text in the lower-right corner of someone's post it will automagically take you to a reply screen with their post quoted.
If you wrap text in [q<i></i>uote][/qu<i></i>ote] tags it will wrap the text in a quote box but not attribute it to anyone.
Finally, if you want to make a quote box and attribute it to someone, you add the person you are attributing it to in the quote tags, like this, [q<i></i>uote=someone][/qu<i></i>ote], where 'someone' is the name of the person you are quoting.
