Problem: "Help! I lost this small program and I need it back!" Solution? "Use this humongously sized program."

As you can see, that's obviously NOT what a techie is supposed to do. Fortunately for us, we don't have such techies here, so there's nothing to worry about (or IS there?). But now you're asking which techie amongst us is the best? You know, the best one of the best of the best of all the techies. One who knows what he's talking about. It was a hard choice. Some people are worth mentioning, though.

Samuraid, who is doing a whole lot of tech-work and tech-help lately, might have his toughest fight for some time! Yamaneko being one of the smart techies amongst us will also have to face some difficulty. The reason? If cl_out is going to win, he'd be breaking the record of consecutive wins of being the best techie of EoFF, namely 8 times in a row! And that is saying something.
