For the purpose of this speech, I am going to assume that COPPA stands for Cool Online People Partying Always. Therefore it makes sense, through many mathematical calculations (1+1=A Window har har har) that the winner of this award would NOT be a Cool Online Person Partying Always.

So to waste time while Loony BoB gets penetrated by Award Guy and Psychotic, I will stall the show with THIS.

Ok, I got nothing. Not even pocket lint, but BELIEVE ME, I say in my chair for about 3 minutes thinking of something to put there. I'm not THAT bad really.

Although I have personally never even heard of this person before (nothing personal.... well, yeah, it is) the amount of shiny things in their name suggests to me that they attend many cool online parties, and are not a robot, so I dunno if he... she... it.... would lie or not. If they did; Jesus was watching.

Agent Proto sure is a dastardly fellow, though Agents are often cool, what with their sunglasses and trench coats so.... i dunno. Have some cake, Agent Proto.

DeathKnight is a Knight, presumably having something to do with death.... maybe a hobby? Now we all know that DEATH IS COOL, especially when it involves explosions, so DeathKnight wouldn't have to explain himself to no freakin' COPPA form. He would death it.

Leeza is, in fact, a feline being. And everyone knows cats are the coolest of cool. Leea would have told that COPPA form where it's at, slept in an odd position, landed on all fours, then eaten something weird.

lovehurts is clearly in pain. Pain is not cool, but lovehurts is. It was clear from day one that lovehurts is cool. I was even embraced by a nameless Old Man who wanted to be just as cool as lovehurts. I told him he was a dick and nobody could be as cool as lovehurts.

Nick Schovitz told the COPPA for to shovit (har har) and is such a badass coolguy that he could hug the sun for more than 10 seconds. Granted he would die, but that's still freakin awesome.

Raistlin. Is he some Russian dictator or something? Didn't that happen ages ago? Old guys are NEVER cool unless they live in a blanket on Courtney Place (Wellington represent!) so I think Raistlin might take this award out.

Sora! has an '!' in his name. Everyone knows this is the best way to make yourselves noticed in a herd of Cool Online Party People Always. So possibly Sora! could be a but of a maybe....

What an award! There are so many people going for this that I can easily see destroying the internet and for so many different motives as well! There are many ways to look at this award. You can go with the angrier people like Christmas, Darth Holmes, and Lost Number or you can go for the quieter ones, the ones you least expect. Either way, everyone on this list is insane, so you can't be off too much!

Bladen, who has a burning hateful soul behind that beautiful innocent face of his.

Christmas, whose fire text could easily burn EoFF down, along with the rest of the internet. She'd laugh too, you know!

corncracker, who is bitter from his lack of usernotes, despite giving so many to others. You guys should really give him more usernotes, because if you don't, he'll destroy your interweb.

Darth Holmes, the irate Chun-Li lover who wants to rid the internet of GTA fanboys with his bear hands, starting with EoFF. And don't get in his way, or he'll fist you.

Lost Number, who'd destroy the internet for his land, Ireland, but he would NOT scream "FREEEEDOM! FREEEEEEEDOOOOM!" because that's from Braveheart, which is Scottish. ;__;

Psychotic, who already wants to destroy AOL, by burning one AOL disc at a time. I could easily see him making his own new internet after that, and people named Martin would not be allowed to use it. And he'd demand a tax of tacks.

Miriel, the one you'd least expect, aspiring to destroy O RLY Owl images everywhere, even if she has to go through EoFF first. Would she do it? YA RLY.

Perola, who justs wants people to do 69! That's all she wants! It's not her fault that she might destroy the internet. She was just upset from the
lack of 69ing! Why won't you just DO IT? For her?

Samuraid, who may not be the mild mannered techy we all love. He's sick of you all harping at him to put your photos on the album. Upload this, upload that! He's sick of it! Why can't you just do it yourself, he thinks, about to destroy the interweb. Being an admin, he has the power!

Yamaneko... hell, Yams would NOT destroy the internet, he's too lazy. Unless he had some henchman to order about, which raises the question of who his henchman could be. I could see Proto being the button pusher and level puller in his schemes, with that million dollar smile of his.
