No, Neron. That is no better as it is still 69.67 kbs for the filesize. If you can't resize the image yourself, post it in the Signature Service thread in the Help Forum and ask somethere there if they can resize it for you.
Also, could you please not use those coloured fonts? They are difficult to read. I've also noticed that you have been doing some double posting and posting off-topic in threads. Please do not do that. It might help if you read our <a href="http://forums.eyesonff.com/faq.php">FAQ</a>. Especially the section marked IMPORTANT.

Yes, sometimes that lag is terrible. Hence the reason for a 50 kb filesize limit on sig images so that the load times would be reduced.
I don't know how long it will take to get your image resized. Until someone comes into the Sig Service thread and wants to help you out I guess.
