A CK is a Cid's Knight, a global moderator who is in charge of getting rid of unnecessary spam and flaming. They are called CKs because of the founder of the board, Cid, whose likeliness can be found on the recent Ciddies statue/or references found in some signatures.

If you go to the main forum page, there is a small option in the bottom right that says "Forum Leaders," and by clicking it, you will come up with a roster of CKs, Administrators, Site Staff, and Senior Site Staff (the last being three members who are also all Admins). So you know exactly who to suck up to. Unfortunately, there's no majorly accessable list of Recognized Members and Former Staff, so you have to know who to talk down to by experience; gained by staying the forums for at least awhile.
