When you work 9-5, you learn not to go to bed too late. I try to be asleep by 2am, if not 1am. I have to wake at around 7:30-40am, so I get around 6 or more hours of sleep on most nights. If I start feelign crap, I sleep more - but the odds of me sleeping less are very, very slim. Sleep is something I like to do after a long day's work.
I take sleep seriously because it's something you should get a decent amount of. That doesn't mean I have a specific time I go to bed every night or anything, it just means that I respect the needs of my body and mind.
