Sig making...how?

how do you sig makers make sigs?anyone have a tut page or somthin,i wanna start!i have photoshop,and jasc so it should work but i just need to know how...please help!

Typically I pick an image that's pretty, and another image I like, and put one in a layer over th eother and change the layer mode to something fun for a neat effect.

Use the layer blending modes. And get some brushes. And play around with them.
