It's full name is Dysphraxic Internal Cranial Karbonisation With Advanced Dyslexia. Tom's been a DICKWAD since birth. It's a genetic disorder that cannot be treated. Yes, Tom may be a DICKWAD, but that doesn't make him any less of a human being. Just a DICKWAD. A DICKWAD with feelings just like rest of us.
