Round Corners.

I've tried to save my sig with round borders as PNG, but the background is still there. What do I need to save the picture as?

Are the rounded-off bits transparent (appears checkered in GIMP)? If so, it should appear fine when you save it as png in conformant browsers like Firefox

I believe they're checkered in Photoshop, too.

IE is Internet Explorer. It has horrible PNG support, so unless you use single-color transparency with it, it makes the transparent regions opaque.

It should look fine in Firefox, however.
