I love Edward, primarily because I spent so much time with him doing my Solo Edward Challenge. Heck, I've yet to beat FF4 Advance with any other team besides Ed on his own.

Edward is pretty cool but the idea that he plays a harp sounds pretty lame.........a flute wouldve been better. its true hes better in the gba version

There someone said it...and I mean it too. That Advance version must be really different because I HATED getting him in my party when I played the SNES version as a kid.
Once you get Loki's Lute Edward's actually quite powerful. Also his Chant ability makes him really useful in boss fights reducing physical and magical damage. Edward's a lot more useful in the GBA Version. It's worth getting just to see how poweful he can be.Originally Posted by james 14

Edward can have 198 attack with Loki's Lute equipped. Yep, real low attack power right there. :rolleyes2
