    It depends on what you're doing with the cheese. To much on by itself, some smoked gouda isn't bad.

    Havarti and Provolone. They make samwhiches all good like and what not. You can't have a samwhich without cheese. Well I guess you can but it's just not the same.

    I change my mind. Every cheese is my favorite.

    Cheddar, Bleu, Monterey Jack, Pepper Jack, Swiss, Spiffing, Provolone, Mozerella, etc. etc. etc. Salty cheese is good too.

    On kingdomofloathing (an online game) you can craft a cottege by combining Cottage Cheese and Anti-cheese. Now that is logic.
