Pausing would be better than saving. Dodge 10-20 bolts, stand by a conductor rod and pause it. Come back to it after a while and dodges another 10-20 bolts. Repeat as necessary.
Changing screen, being hit by a bolt and loading you game will cause the counter to reset and you'll need to start over.

Get lots of balloons, dodge the birds, finish with a quick time. There's nothing more you can do, it all depends on the random placement of the balloons.
u have to beat 34 secs i believe...to get lower than 0.00
and i think standing by lighting rods cancels the 200 i believe dont remember if i were u id just do 20 then pause continously while taking breaks in pauses
