I'm bored right now....If you could make a part 2 what would it be like.What would be the intro and than an ending.Any new characters you could add also.So what would it be like...?How about we have a competition on who can make the best story..starting now!!!

Part 2 (for me) would be centered around Quistis and Seifer, and the continuation of the SquallxRinoa thing.

Greiver was rid of his sin after being controlled by Ultimecia.He then set off on a quest with his fellow GFs to get PuPu to join them and then return to Squall and co. and defeat Hyne.
In the beginning... Rinoa dies. FF8-2 just can't have her in it. She's a fun-sucker.
The battle system would be different... you could switch characters like in FFX.
It would focus more on Selphie and Irvine, and Squall would have to get with Quistis.
Make Ellone a playable character and her weapon would be a big stick with a sharp blade.
New outfits, new looks. Squall would look... I guess kind of like Cloud from Advent Children... Quistis kind of... dominatrix... Selphie would wear a school girl uniform. Zell would wear a see-through shirt (like Barret's in Advent Children) and shiny pants. Irvine wouldn't really change that much. He stays a cowboy. He just gets a new cowboy outfit.
And I don't know what the storyline would be. But who needs a storyline!!!
I say there shouldn't be a sequel...
I mean I heard X-2 sucked (I don't know). Advent Children was a good movie, but it could've done better for VII. VIII being my favorite I would be heartbroken if they made a chopped up sequal. Stick with the first.
EDIT: And what's wrong with Rinoa? I think she's awsome! Though this IS my opinion.

1. The problem with Rinoa is that you have to save her constantly, which isn't fun.
2. Who said FFX-2 sucked? It sooooo does not. It's my second favorite game. It's really fun. If you don't know you must not have played it. I insist you do.

There is no FFVIII-2. I see no sequel. All your sequal are belong to us. Other random gibberish.

Probably. I hate a lot of people for weird reasons. And also, there is nothing to fix, complete or anything in FFVIII. If they tried a sequel it would end up hopelessly tied on. And a tied on sequel doesn't work, because in my book sequels are supposed to flow in from the previous story.
