I check mine daily, and I'll sometimes give them to people who catch my atention. Also, I'll occasionally get bored and give one to whoever is online. In fact, I think I'll do that now.
I don't get a lot of usernotes, but I don't leave a lot either. You gotta work to get a usernote from me, you gotta deserve it!
