I have never used them. I think they are the reason behind all voilent crime in the world today. I think usernotes should be banned.

As often as I can. I kind of cherish every usernote I get since I get so little compared to some people. I don't go spamming usernotes on everyone's profile, but everyone who's interacted with me or has amused me in some way usually has a usernote from me.
