    Default .zip help!

    I need someone to tell me how to make a .zip folder from an RPG Maker XP game. Nothing I tried works-plz, help!

    Easiest/best way: www.rarlabs.com, download a beta-version of WinRAR. Good stuff, that. Or you could try WinZip, WinACE or whatever it's called.
    XP's helpfile says you can rightclick on a folder and select Compress folder or similar. As I have a compression-program already, that menu-item has been removed, so I can't verify.

    Anyway, to make a .zip, rightclick your folder (or all files/folders INSIDE that folder), find your compression-program-menu-item (if you have one), select Compress... and make your .zip.

    I prefer 7-zip to Winrar/Winzip, since it's also open-source WinAce though is just a pile of turd

    7-zip compressed 80 megs of roms to 5 megs.
