Try any walkthroughs written by Blackestmage, you can usually find some on gamefaqs.com. You're totally secured to get 100%, possibly more if you follow his/her walkthrough.
More than 100%? I'd say Split Infinity has the best FFX-2 guide. He's got a couple of in-depth guides on that page which go into more detail than his general walkthrough, and they're great, too.
