Using She as a pronoun to refer to a subject who is known by all parties who will read this thread isn't incorrect or meant to degrade you.
I just dont like being refered to as she. I dunno, I just cant stand it.
But yeah, if you like peas, great! If not, who cares? Im not going to stop liking them. And as Zeldy pointed out, some Brits love curry sauce with their fish and chips.
